We assure you that all products sold on thujis are brand new and 100% genuine. It goes through several stage of checks to meet high standards. In case the product you received is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’, we are here to help.
Unfortunately you cannot claim a refund for jewelries. However replacements may be considered in the event of damaged item.
As a first step, please email us at email@example.com with your order ID and the issue with the product. We will replace your order for free within 13 days of receiving your shipment or refund your amount (excluding shipping costs). When you return your item, it must be unused and not washed with all tags, gift cards (if applicable) and free items (if applicable).
